This will allow us to store produce for much longer periods of time, making it possible to sell commercially the excess. We have also installed guttering throughout all the buildings, the water collected to be stored in 3 x 50,000 litre underground water tanks (see pictures below). This is all in addition to our cattle, goats and poultry. Our orchard is now bearing limited fruit, such as mangoes.  Sadly, our passion fruit suffered from a disease but we hope to re-stock soon.
